If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back, hassle-free return. You can get a refund or a new replacement after we confirm your return. This only applies to products purchased directly from Zhengheglobal with the original packaging. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.

The support Team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must properly package the product with its original package, clearly marking the RMA number on the shipping box include your proof of purchase date with the product.
